Theatre for secondary schools is different because secondary students are young adults and very self conscious. Nevertheless, the average level of English of the students is usually not as developed as much as their self-consciousness would like it to be. Therefore our secondary school shows are created taking into account the following points:
★ The shows are performed at an entirely adult level, with no audience participation during the show or condescending treatment.
★ All the actors are professionally trained, native English speakers and well experienced in performing to adolescent audiences.
★ The language content of each show is tightly controlled using the vocabulary used in class.
★ The dialogues in each show are linear, coherent and contextually structured allowing the students to follow the show with minimum effort.
